• The Netherlands:

  • Orders below €30: €3.95 shipping fee.
  • Orders from €30 and above: Free shipping.

• Germany:

  • Orders below €100: €4.95 shipping fee.
  • Orders from €100 and above: Free shipping.

• Belgium:

  • Orders below €100: €6.95 shipping fee.
  • Orders from €100 and above: Free shipping.

Return Process & Conditions

• Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please check immediately to ensure it's undamaged and complete. If this isn't the case, contact us straight away.

• Exceptions for Returns: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted items / SALE from 40% or the Daydeal
  • Jewerly (due to hygiene concerns)
    
    

• Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They should arrive at our facility within this timeframe.

• Conditions for Return:

  • The product is unworn
  • The product is in its original condition
  • All original labels are still attached to the product
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • No warranty is provided for buttons, zippers, and other applications
    
    

• Shoes: When returning shoes, please do not use the shoebox as the shipping box. We cannot resell the shoes without their original box.

• Return Costs: The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. Refunds for the product amount will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• Return Condition: Returns are accepted if they are in their original, undamaged condition, free from (smoke) odors, and unworn. BYLGIA reserves the right to refuse returns.
